Just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed my visit to your finishing school.  You are a real gem.  I have been to other transformation services over the years and I rank you at the top for your friendly manner, helpful advice and willingness to improve my image. I have found that other "transformation salons" are a rip-off who only want to charged outrageous prices and get rid of you as soon as possible, I strongly recommend your school to others whether a beginning CD or an experienced one like myself.  You and Kyla are very warm and obviously caring people who made me feel comfortable from the minute that I arrived until I left.

Dear Lady Ellen,
                       I just wanted to write you and let you know my feelings about my visit last Thursday. I waited a lot of years to achieve what I wanted to do, to do a complete makeover. It was everything I dreamed of and more. I never thought I could actually look that good! That was like meeting a new person in my life. Just knowing now that she is within me is a great feeling and I want to become her again to explore more. Mostly I am grateful to you for "outting me"  in public. I didn't think I could ever go out, but you are right. That was a feeling of getting something off my shoulders I carried within me. I really wanted to do it but I needed someone to give me confidence. Now I wish I listened to you more and went in the Mall or Payless or a bar. I still hope to have that next time. What fun that is! I see now that I can put my trust and faith in you and you will not steer me wrong. You taught me to be more confident in myself and I now feel I can buy things I need in the store. My next step is I hope you can teach me to do the makeup. I would like to go out a little near here this winter, nothing big just some walking around in a safe area.
